Major Ghoulies are the most challenging class of ghouly to be found in the game. They are known for either having a large amount of health, multiple attacks or are generally difficult to defeat and/or avoid.
Multiple instances of these ghoulies typically don't occur in a scene, and they are usually the objective of a room's challenge.
