Fish Ghouly
Its unknown the purpose of this removed ghouly, it resembles a zombie and a fish/crocodile. It may also be a Frankenstein-like monster(Note: the bolts on its legs, one on his arm, stitches on the top of his head, and non-matching skin.) It appears on several pictures throughout Ghoulhaven Hall and in the Gallery.
